SNORKELING FOR KIDS!
Snorkeling is fun!
This two classroom and pool session snorkeling class will teach your kids the safe use of mask, fins, snorkel and snorkeling vest. Kids will learn to snorkel with a buddy and develop skills and confidence through instruction and practice. Kids will also learn about the underwater world and how they can play an important part in keeping it clean and safe for the creatures who call it home.

SCUBA EXPLORERS!
Let Your Child ( 8 - 12 years old) Join in the Fun & Adventure of Diving!
This exciting program allows your child to dive in the shallow end of the pool, eventually working down to the deep end.
US Scuba was the first to have a Kid's Explorer Program in Michigan and we have the Best! The Scuba Explorers Program is designated as a next step for the 8 - 12 year old who has taken US Scuba's snorkeling Class and wants to learn to scuba dive.
This eight hour course will teach your child the skills and knowledge to dive safely in a pool environment with an instructor. Once your child completes the first level course, there are a series of special classes your Scuba Explorer can take. These classes increase the Scuba Explorer's knowledge of the underwater world and develops his or her self-confidence and diving skills. Special classes include water safety, marine ecology, navigation, night diving, and photography.
Let your child join in the wonder of the Underwater World! Cost of Scuba Explorer's 4 session class only $200.00
US Scuba Center Pre Register at US Scuba Center for Beginning Explorer Class. Limited to 6 students. Your child just needs to bring a bathing suit and towel. US Scuba will provide the rest. If you child wants their own wet suit, mask, fins, and snorkel, US Scuba has the greatest assortment of kid's gear in the Midwest!

SCOUT GROUP!
Do you have a scout group working on a Water Safety or Aquanaut Badge? Add a new twist to the badge with an Experience Scuba or Snorkeling Class. Scout Groups with children from 7 - 16 have been finishing their badge skills in US Scuba's Pool. 7 - 11 year olds can take the Snorkeling Class. 8 - 12 year olds can take the Experience Scuba Class.
Bring in the requirements for the badge and US Scuba's Instructors will incorporate the skills into a snorkeling or experience scuba two hour session.
Scouts just need to bring their bathing suit and towel and US Scuba will provide the rest. Register in advance. An $80 deposit is required along with a parental waiver which needs to be signed prior to the class, we also need the scout's foot size and ht and wt.
Cost is $20 per Scout.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS!
Looking for a unique way to celebrate your child's birthday?
Your child can have the most unique Birthday Celebration - A US Scuba Birthday! The two hours in the pool includes a half hour seeing videos of snorkeling or scuba diving. The children just need to bring their bathing suits and towels. US Scuba Center will provide the rest. You will need to get a parental waiver signed prior to your child's birthday. We also need each child's foot size and ht. and wt.
Many parents purchase one of the great scuba key chains (eels, sharks, fish, manatees to name a few) US Scuba carries and attach them to Mylar balloons as party favors. Afterwards take the kids back to your house for ice cream and cake, or to one of the local pizza parlors.
Children 8 and older can try the scuba diving. Children under 8 years of age can do the snorkeling and Sasy unit which lets them breathe on the scuba tank at the surface only.
